Croatia Airlines offers scheduled flights from Zagreb as well as charter flights from Graz, Austria. Austrian Airlines also operates charter flights from Vienna, Innsbruck and Linz. All these flights occur on Saturdays from April to October.
Other national and low-cost airlines offer seasonal flights to Split Airport, located 50-minutes away from Split harbour. Shuttle buses between the airport and the harbour run regularly throughout the day and there is a taxi service from the airport terminal. Adria Tours Bol can organise an exclusive airport transfer direct to Bol by taxi and speedboat.
Bus travel is very popular in Croatia and you will find many bus services between Croatian and other European cities. For more information visit the Autotrans website. Car ferries from Split (mainland) to Supetar (Brač) and from Makarska (mainland) to Sumartin (Brač) sail regularly throughout the day, every day of the week. Alternatively a catamaran (passengers only) sails directly from Split to Bol once a day in the afternoon. The journeys last approximately 50 minutes. For the ferry and catamaran sailing schedules, please visit the Jadrolinija website.
Adria Tours Bol also offers custom-made transfers by speedboat to and from Bol from the mainland and other island destinations.
To reach the island of Brač head to Split or Makarska for regular car ferries to Supetar and Sumartin respectively. Please note the Makarska – Sumartin ferry is much smaller than the Split – Supetar ferry and during July and August we recommend arriving much earlier to ensure a place on the ferries. For the ferry and catamaran sailing schedules, please visit the Jadrolinija website.
